JVC Professional Products Company announced that there will be a number of displays in the JVC booth (#C3217) at NAB 2006 providing technological previews of Non-Linear Editing (NLE) solutions offering native support for the JVC HDV 24p format. This support will enable real-time, native 24p editing for material produced with the GY-HD100U ProHD Camcorder and record-back-to-tape capability to both the camcorder and the BR-HD50U ProHD VTR, providing a complete high-definition, native 24p production and post-production workflow.

In a number of independent tests, the performance of JVC's GY-HD100U full-resolution, progressive HD camcorder with both 24p and 30p frame capture capability has surpassed all other cameras in its price range, garnering acclaim with over 12 industry awards.
